Mr. Warnecke joined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2003. Warnecke is the Chief Financial Officer of The Children's Hospital Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Warnecke serves as a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

In 1983 Warnecke founded and today remains President of Integrated Management Company, a venture capital company that has operated primarily in the construction industry. Warnecke has served as Senior Vice President-Strategic Planning for First Data Corporation's Western Union subsidiary and as Chief Financial Officer for Denver-based Frontier Airlines.

Warnecke is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
