Mr. Hallenbeck has served as a member of the Board of Directors since founding Evolving Systems in 1985. Hallenbeck has led Evolving Systems through its development of many revolutionary technologies to include complex flow-through provisioning, special circuits provisioning, Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD), Local Number Portability (LNP), number pooling, and presence and availability management.

Hallenbeck served as Chairman of the Presence and Availability Management Forum, Inc., a non-profit organization that aims to develop and extend an industry standard interface for storing and accessing presence and availability data in communications networks. Hallenbeck holds his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
